How do I find my order number?

The order confirmation number can be retrieved in your confirmation email and also when you view your “Order Status” under “My Account”.

It begins with the prefix “TL”.

Why is my order status still reflected as pending?

Most payments in T&L are processed within 24 hours and you should receive a confirmation email with details about the delivery. Please feel free to email if you do not receive your confirmation email after 24 hours.

Can I change my order after it has been confirmed and paid?

You may change your delivery address by contacting our customer service at, if you have not received our order confirmation email yet.

Once you've receive an order confirmation email, no further changes can be made. As we wish to get your items to you as soon as possible, changes to your items (eg. change of item, colour, quantity and etc) will not be allowed once the order has been successfully put through.

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can still be cancelled if the items have not been shipped.

How do I use my promo / discount code?

On the right hand side of the checkout page, you will see a field labeled “Discount”. Enter the discount code and click “Apply”. Please note that the promo / discount code is not applicable for the shipping fees.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have concerns about my order?

Please contact us immediately at with your order number, details and an image of the faulty items received. You can visit our Return and Refund policy page for more information.
